The type of personal information we process depends on the nature of the interaction, and may be obtained (i) directly from the service user, our controller, or trusted partner; (ii) indirectly provided via other sources, such technical data or publicly available information; and (iii) where we have a “legitimate interest” to do so. In each case, we process such information deemed necessary or appropriate to the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with our website or services.

For example, we may ask visitors who use the interactive forms on our website to provide their name, email address, what company they work for and a contact number, or to provide requested services, such as when we register your account, when you sign up to our newsletters or attend an event.

To provide our services, we rely on other companies to manage your data, like our Cloud Partners or various technologies like automated spam detection services to check visitors comments for violation, or detect fraud, etc. We carefully select our providers to ensure the privacy and security of your data. Some of our trusted partners include: Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Xero, and Automattic

We would like to send you email marketing communication which may be of interest from time to time. If you consent to marketing communication, you may opt-out at any time. If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, click on the unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the email.

We do not rent, sell or share your Personal Information, with non-affiliated third parties or others, except where you have consented for us to do so, or where we are obliged to do so, such as to comply with the law, detect fraud, to safeguard your data, etc.

If you send us a request (for example via a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your requests, and to help support other users.

You have several choices regarding the use of your personal data. For instance, you may review, update, correct or delete information we hold about you which you have added to your account. The easiest way to do this is through your portal (if available), or by completing a request form.

For your protection, we can only share and update personal information with the details currently held on your account. For example, if you are requesting access using another email or phone number, we shall deem this as a failed verification. So you must only use the specific details held on your account to complete your request.

We will try to comply with your requests in a reasonably timely manner. Note: if you completely and permanently delete your account, then your user account shall be deactivated immediately, and it may not be possible to reverse this action. If you wish to cancel your account, you may do so through your account page, and any personally identifiable information associated with your account will be deleted as soon as is reasonably practical or as required by applicable law. Please note that we may retain information that is otherwise deleted in an anonymised and aggregated form, in archived or backup copies as required pursuant to records retention obligations. We may also retain an archived copy of your records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you. In most cases, you can download your data straight from your account (where available) without the need to contact us. If you are experiencing any difficulties downloading or accessing your personal data either complete a request form or send us a support ticket for further assistance. Once your request is received and you have completed our verification process, we aim to provide you with a machine-readable form of your personal data sent to you via email. We can only use the email held on your account. It is your responsibility to keep your personal details up-to-date at all times, to avoid disappointment.

Where you have provided consent, we may use some of the information we collect from you for marketing purposes, including to send you promotional communications about new features, products, events, or other opportunities. You may unsubscribe from these communications or opt-out of our use of your information for these purposes at any time. To opt-out, simply click the “Unsubscribe” (or similar opt-out language) found at the bottom of your the specific communication. You can also send us a request form to opt out.

We may also send you service related communications or market related surveys by email (despite your email preferences), including notices of any updates to our terms of service or privacy.
